We strongly believe there isn’t a “right way” to be non-monogamous or even that non-monogamy is better or more evolved than monogamy or any other relationship style. Every week we interview people from across the spectrums of gender, sexuality, and relationship style to learn from their incredible and powerful personal stories.
Each episode is a unique perspective and personal story… Pick one that sounds interesting and give it a listen!
We hope that by sharing the amazing journeys of those who are redefining and pushing the limits of what’s possible in relationships that we can show people that they’re not alone and inspire us all to embrace our true selves so that, together, we can open minds and live authentically without shame.

In this episode we talk with Dr. Evelin Dacker, a family physician with her own practice near Portland, Oregon. She is also the executive director of Sex Positive Portland and created the integrative disclosure framework, STARS. We have a fantastic discussion on the misconceptions of STIs, viral vs. bacterial infections, empowering oneself, knowing your acceptable level of risk, bringing up sexual health with your doctor, and more. This is an educational discussion for all of us and information we’re excited to get out there!

Maria and Jory have been exploring non-monogamy since the start of their relationship about 15 years ago. Sarah and Ed discovered swinging on a work trip to Desire a few years ago... Yes, for real, apparently that's a thing. They started exploring it slowly and have always taken a very laid back and casual approach to the whole thing. Their outlook is super refreshing and a great one if you are new to non-monogamy or swinging.
